Duncanville went from a 50%
failure rate for Wait Time In Line in 2016 to a 100% success rate in 2017. The turnaround was attributed to the Clerks
knowing to call for help when needed and management making sure someone
responds to that request in a timely manner.
Postmaster Stacy Taplin (second right below) credits having a working IP
address for her webcam in order to spot when the lobby is getting busy and said
communication is the key. However, the most important thing of all is
they made a decision as a team to make a change.
