Carrollton, TX, Rosemeade Station Retail Associate Randal Alford (left) received his fifth Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Jimmy Porter (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. He enjoys working with the public, doing a good job and satisfying people with our products and services. Alford remarked, “My great uncle was a Rural Carrier in Mississippi. I grew up watching him.”
