Customer Compliment

I got a call from Retail Associate Fredericka Mathis’ customer on Saturday morning around 7:30 AM.  He could not contain himself.  He said Mathis was one of the best ladies the Cookville Post Office has had in a long time.  He asked us to please not lose her; that everyone he talks to says how courteous she is.  He says she is always very professional and goes out of her way to please the customer.

Cookville is an RMPO office to Omaha Post Office and Mathis is a leader in making sure all daily activities are complete.  She is a promoter of serving customers with dignity and respect.  We are proud to be associated with all her efforts to make the Postal Service proud.
