Gold Star Awards for all of the Irving Stations!

Irving, TX, Las Colinas Station Retail Associate Derek Sneed (right) received his first Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Kenny Gilchrease (left) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.
 
Las Colinas Retail Associate Derek Sneed has worked for the Postal Service over 19 and half years.  He enjoys working with his co-workers and meeting new customers every day.  Sneed is proud to accomplish his goals and working with a great team.  He commented, “I try to do the best that I can every day.”




Irving, TX, Central Station Retail Associate George Varghese (right) was presented his second Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Kenny Gilchrease (left) for a perfect transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.


Irving Central Station Retail Associate George Varghese enjoys serving people and giving outstanding service to his customers.  He remarked, “We have a great team here and my co-workers are always willing to help each other out.  I’m Postal Proud because I always strive to do my best.”

Irving, TX, Main Station Retail Associate Carrie Brown (right) received her first Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Denean Pankins (left) for a perfect transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.
Irving Main Station Retail Associate Carrie Brown received her first Gold Star Award on the very first day that she started as a Window Clerk.  She has been with the Post Office for 23 years and her family has five generations of postal employees.  Brown’s mom, who is now retired, was a Manager at the same Station where she currently works.  She believes in giving strong customer service and likes interacting with the customers.
Irving, TX, Valley Ranch Station Retail Associate Monica Toscano (left) was presented with her first Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Debbie Wilson (right) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.

Irving Valley Ranch Retail Associate Monica Toscano is thankful to all her co-workers and family for helping her to get to where she is at today.  She likes her customers because they remind her of her family back home. It feels like she is helping her parents.  Toscano enjoys the people she works with and is grateful for their assistance and guidance.  She remarked, “Time is a precious commodity.  I strive to be courteous, effective and fast with our customers’ time in order to keep them happy.”
