transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.
Greenville Retail Associate Sheila Simmons comes from a family of
Postal workers. She strives to make them
proud by providing excellent customer service to all of her customers. Simmons has worked for the Post Office for 12
years and enjoys the customer interaction. She commented, “There is always
something new and different each day.
I’m constantly learning from my fellow employees and we work well
together as a team.”
We need more people like her in every post office and in a lot of other jobs for that matter. I bet that big gold star probably means a raise too, so good for her!
