Grand Prairie, TX, Letter Carrier Gloria Flores (right) received a Certificate of Appreciation from Combined Federal Campaign Coordinator (CFC) Cathy Price (left) for all her hard work in this year’s campaign. The CFC raises money for the donator’s choice of non-profit charities.
