Retail Customer Experience.

Retail Associate Joy Noderer has worked for the Post Office for 18 years and is
a 20-year U.S. Air Force Veteran. She
recently received a Gold Star Award for providing outstanding customer
service. Noderer enjoys interacting and
providing excellent service to her customers. She commented, “I like working with a great
team.”
How my heart fluttered when I came across this article. Moreover, the picture. JoyLynn (as I called her off base/duty) was my battle and we started together at Lackland in San Antonio. From two separate worlds, a sure enough TEXAS girl and a deep southern GEORGIA girl would grow SUCH a bond. Shenanigans and giggles and laughter that I will NEVER forget as long as I draw breath. There's not a day that goes by that she doesn't cross my mind and ALWAYS it puts a smile on my face and lifts my heart.
