Plano, TX, Main Post Office Rural Carrier Mark A. Leonard (center) received his Official Retirement Certificate from Manager, Post Office Operations Kenneth Ruelas (left) and Postmaster Melvin Arps (right).  He had 31 years of service and his last day was May 31, 2019.  He commented, “Thank you for the memories.  Treat each other well and don’t break the refrigerators.”
