I work for a digital communications and mailing solutions company and we are a Business Mail Entry (BME) customer.  I bring our mail on a daily basis, and would like to recognize one of your employees.  I would like to tell you about the great customer service provided to me by the Clerk names Roman.  She is very easy to talk to and always has a positive attitude.  I know when I need help, she is always there to assist me.  I have had questions about my mail in the past and she was a big help.  It is a real pleasure dealing with her and I just wanted to let you know you have a great employee.
