Retail Associate Horace Williams (left) received his tenth Gold Star Award from
Manager, Customer Services Denean Franklin (right) for a perfect transaction on
a Retail Customer Experience. He is known
for giving outstanding service in the area. Williams is grateful to be at the Postal
Service for over 33 years.
