Dallas, TX, Northaven Station Retail Associate Kimberly “Kim” Pierce (right) received her fourth Gold Star Award from Acting Manager, Customer Services Gerald Hamilton (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has been with the Postal Service for 24 years and feels good knowing that she provides a service that is needed.  Pierce commented, “The Postal Service was there for me when I had breast cancer and I’m grateful for that.”
