Rockwall, TX, Retail Associate Reginald Williams (right) received a Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Zacktavius Anthony (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He represents the Postal Service in a positive way by providing excellent service to his customers on the window, SSK, MPOS and in passport services.  Williams served active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Dental Technician/Medic.  He assisted with oral surgery, endodontics, and general dentistry aboard the U.S.S. Fulton in New London, CT.  Williams was stationed at Orlando, Florida for his second tour of duty.  He participated in a boot camp where he provided x-rays and dental charting to new recruits in the U.S. Navy.  Williams graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree.  He saved a Rockwall co-worker’s life who had a seizure and was choking with the medical experience he received from the U.S. Navy.  Williams speaks Spanish and is the author of five science fiction books available on Amazon.  Customers consistently rave that he goes above and beyond with his service and gives that extra touch that you would want from an engaged employee.
