Retail Associate Sissy Mathew (left) received her second Gold Star Award from
Acting Manager, Customer Services Dewey Littleton (right) for a perfect
transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.
She strives to give the best service possible to her customers. Mathew commented, “I’m proud to be part of
the Postal Service and of my postal family.
My husband is Lead Retail Associate at the Northwest Station.”
