I am writing to report the excellent help I received finding a package that was going to be returned because I forgot the apartment number on the address.  Blackmon called me from a Post Office in a Dallas suburb and worked with me over the next two weeks to locate and verify the package was actually coming back to me.  She was friendly and extremely helpful.  Blackmon really went above and beyond any other postal employee in doing her job and helping me.  She was always friendly and eager to help us.  I just cannot say how wonderful it was to hear from and work with her.  Please thank Sherry for her excellent work in finding and being sure a package that seemed to have disappeared was returned to me.  She is our nominee for your outstanding employee!
