Duncanville, TX, Retail Associate Glenda Richard received a customer compliment.
 
Dear Ms. Taplin,
 
I spoke to you briefly about the great customer service provided to me by one of the front line professionals at the Duncanville Post Office, Glenda Richard.  While she was asking me about the content restrictions concerning the box I wanted to mail, I rudely interrupted.  I did not intend to be rude.  I guess I was on another wave length.  Still, I came across as rude.  Richard calmly reiterated and then helped me through the process of getting the box into the mailing channels.  She remained friendly and very, very gracious throughout.  My compliments to Ms. Richard for her outstanding customer service on my behalf.  I firmly believe she reflects a positive culture at her workplace and the leadership there.  I thank her so much for letting me walk away a happy customer.
