Irving, TX, Las Colinas Finance Station Retail Associate Horace Williams (right) received his seventh Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Kenny Gilchrease (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  The Postal Service has provided for him and his wife Jo Ann.  She works at the Irving Main Post Office in the Passports department.  Williams is very proud of her and the outstanding work she does.  Gilchrease remarked, “After 32 years of employment, Horace is still providing exemplary service to all of his customers every day.”
