Cedar Hill, TX, Retail Associate Wanda Garner (left) received a Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Rick Cade (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She is proud to be able to serve her customers and please them by doing a good job.  Garner commented, “I’m a single mom from New Orleans who came here after hurricane Katrina.  I had always worked at the plant and being a Window Clerk was new endeavor for me.  I have two twin boys who recently graduated from Pre-Med School in 2016.  I’m grateful to the Postal Service for helping me get my boys through college.”
