Customer Compliment

Irving, TX, Las Colinas Finance Station Retail Associate Horace Williams received a customer compliment.

Dear Mr. Gilchrease,

A couple of weeks ago I took a very precious picture to be mailed from the Las Colinas Finance Station.  Horace Williams advised me on the best way to mail it and he helped me prepare the package to reach its destination safely.

Today, I had to mail about 10 packages, and again Williams helped me.  I had mistakenly put the wrong tape on the packages and he painstakingly helped me to remove that tape from each of the packages so that my total expense was about a third of what it would have been had it not been for his help.  In all of this, he assured me that it was not too much trouble.

I’m a senior citizen and this gentleman’s help and courtesy really made my day.  I so appreciate what he did for me and I want to be sure that you are aware of the quality of your Postal employees.
