Waxahachie, TX, Postmaster Alexis Page (above) recently helped a one-stop printing company that was looking to grow. Their services include graphic design, digital prepress, digital short run/on-demand printing, offset printing, copying, bindery service, and complete direct mail services. She used Business Connect to submit the contact information to Business Development Specialist Jenny Yoo. Yoo teamed with Senior Field Sales Representative Kasey Ellis and contacted the customer. The customer wanted to enhance their brand identity with direct mail. Thanks to Page’s professionalism and generosity to her customers, she was able to recognize an opportunity to help a customer and get them into the right hands. This sale with generate more than $130,000 of estimated annualized revenue for the USPS. Page continues to engage customers at her Post Office to identify new businesses and generate revenue.

I believe i spoke with the postmaster and im upset at the fact that i had a package mailed out and supposedly delivered to a parcel locker in my neighborhood on the 8th of December at 7pm when i checked my mailbox there was no key in my box to allow me to obtain my package and when i went to the postoffice the only thing the post master could tell me is that well you're out of luck if dont no one bring it back into the post office like really ma'am what if it was your package im sure you would do everything in your power to figure out how to retrieve your package this was a Christmas greeting i am very unhappy and please with that answer and she just let me walk out the door
