route seeking mailing assistance. He needed guidance with international mailing,
costs and procedures for his business. Dallas District Business Development
Specialist Jenny Yoo teamed with International Sales and contacted the customer
to provide the information he needed. Thanks to Harp’s efforts in
noticing potential revenue and his due diligence to get his customer in the
right hands, this lead generated over $284,880 in new estimated annualized
revenue for the USPS.
