On
February 7, Dallas District employees participated in American Heart Month’s
Nation Wear Red Day to show support for those living with, and at risk for,
heart disease and their caregivers.
Heart
disease is the leading cause of death for both men and woman in the United
States, accounting for approximately one in every four deaths, according to the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
