The Addison Post Office was
named the winners of the “Great Customer Service Great Rewards: Point-of-Service
(POS) Survey Recognition Program” for January.
They were selected randomly from all offices that received 100% Overall
Satisfaction (OSAT) in the weekly contest.
Dallas District Retail staff went to the office and presented the
employees with fresh baked cookies and a certificate to display. Pictured (from left) Lead Retail Associate
