The Dallas Postal Customer Council (PCC) held its February Luncheon at the North Texas Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC) on February 7, 2019.  Industry Co-Chair Allen Aven (left) and Acting District Manager Scott Hooper (right) welcomed attendees to the event.
