Dallas District Manager, Marketing Kelley Davis (left) and Business Development Specialist Jenny Yoo (right) presented Complaints & Inquiry Clerk Kathie Cook (center) with a Certificate of Appreciation and Deliver the Brand Jacket for a Clerks Care lead submitted for a pharmaceutical company.  Jenny Yoo met with the customer and determined they needed the assistance of the sales department.  Field Sales Representative Kim Williams met with the customer and closed a sale resulting in over $100,000 of additional revenue for the Postal Service.
