  4. Zandra Porter case # 34373538, I been having problems wit getting or delivery since late October 2021, I started picking up my mail once a week until 12/1 when I was told by June the manager the she will stop holding my mail , that it’s been 30 days and that I need to speak with the apartment manager because they’re responsible for replacing mail box. So I decided to purchase a POBox on 12/14/2022 at my local postal service and did a change of address the same day on 12/14/202. It’s 1/20/2022 still not receiving mail now at POBox. June the manager at 501 E Oates refuses to speak with me and that she don’t have time for that mess

  7. I have a package that is over a week late now. Can't get anyone in customer care in Coppell Tx or Portland Maine to return a call after leaving multiple voice mails with all info including a contact number. No one can find it,they pass it of to someone even less qualified to handle. And I'm being charged $15 a day for no or late delivery. But anybody I've spoken to can't seem to answer where it even is. Or why it hasn't been delivered. Everybody is denying and refusing to give me the postal cooperate offices phone number as so to actually talk to someone in charge. Now they can find my package, and or can't even find any form of answers. So now I'm out over 200 dollars in merchandise and profit and now product. And can not get any answers what so ever from anyone.
