Garland, TX, North Station Sara Mathew (above) received her fourth Gold Star Award for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has been with the Postal Service for 17 years and enjoys assisting her customers to ensure they have a positive experience when they visit her office.  Mathew commented, “It is important to have a good team.  We are like a family.”
