Station Retail Associate Phyllis Andrews received a Gold Star Award for a
perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. She has been with the Postal Service for 27
years and her focus is on customer service.
Andrews commented, “I believe in educating the customers on the new
products and services that we have.”
