Dallas, TX, Lake Highlands Station Retail Associate LaShonda Ball
received a poem entitled, Million Dollar
Smile from a happy customer for helping him mail out his packages. He said she was very helpful and made his
day. The customer also said he felt like his package would make it to its
destination because Ball showed she knew her job and was very helpful.
