Station Retail Associate Shauna Jones (center) received her sixth and seventh
Gold Star Awards from Postmaster Clarence Henderson (left) and Supervisor,
Customer Services Gerald Hamilton (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail
Customer Experience. She enjoys getting
to know her customers on a first name basis.
Jones commented, “I’m happy to be part of a Post Office with a home town
feel. Giving exceptional customer
service is our goal every time.”
