Corsicana, TX, Retail Associate Thomas Raley (right) received his fourth Gold Star Award from Postmaster Arthur Martinez (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He has been with the Postal Service for over 33 years and strives to give exceptional customer service by taking good care of customers.  Raley has held several positions in different areas throughout his postal career.  He commented, “I feel like we are the support team as clerks for our carriers throughout the country.  We need to work closely together to keep the Postal Service flying high.  Teamwork is the key.”
