Garland, TX, Main Post Office (MPO) Letter Carrier Robert Shivers (right) received his Official Retirement Certificate from Manager, Customer Services Jose Baez (left). A retirement party was held on September 26, 2020 in honor of his last day. Shivers had over 50 years of service with the Post Office.
