Dallas, TX, Oaklawn Station Letter Carrier Twasky Smith (center) received a Certificate of Appreciation presented by (from left) Postmaster Yulonda Love; Manager, Customer Services Adrian Russell; National Association of Letter Carriers Union President Kim Lewis (second right); Manager, Customer Service Operations Rogenia Demus for a lead he submitted through Business Connect program which resulted in new revenue of $14,500 for the Postal Service.
