Dallas, TX, Northwest Station Letter Carrier Kathy Brown (above) recently helped a fulfillment company that ships consumable products such as vitamins, supplements and powder energy drinks. The company was using the competition to ship small light weight items, Brown recognized an opportunity to help her customer and get them into the right hands. Thanks to Brown’s desire to help a customer and grow Postal Service revenue, this lead turned into an opportunity that generated more than $1,142,400 of estimated annualized revenue for the USPS! She continues to engage customers on her route on a daily basis and always has her eyes open to identify new opportunities for revenue.
