The Irving Black Arts Council held its annual I AM Living Black History event at the Irving Arts Center on February 24, 2019.  There was a Gregory Hines stamp dedication.

Irving, TX, Central Station Supervisor, Customer Services Latunia Hughes (right) sold Gregory Hines stamps and Framed Art-work to attendees at the event.
