A customer deposited a bank envelope containing $400 at 6:00pm on February 11, 2019, into a drop box at the Irving Main Post Office.  After leaving he realized what he had done and returned to the office to report the incident.  The customer wanted to compliment the effort of the Supervisor, Customer Services Regina Easley and the additional personal at the North Texas P&DC.  Easley contacted the driver who collected the mail and he was able to find the envelope with the money.  She then contacted the plant and worked with Supervisor, Business Mail Entry Pamela Abram (not pictured), Network Specialist Al Cantrell (not pictured) and Bulk Mail Technician Lora Bennett to hold the truck and General Expediter Judy Armstrong retrieved the envelope from the truck gave it to management to return it to the customer.
