Office Retail Associate Raymond Ramos (left) received his first Gold Star Award
from Supervisor, Customer Services Markita O’Neal (right) for a perfect
transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.
He has been with the Postal Service for 20 years and his wife is a
cancer survivor.
