Desoto, TX, Retail Associate Lashonda Carrington (center) received her second Gold Star Award from A/Manager Post Office Operations Anthony Young (right) and Postmaster Linda Norwood (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She enjoys meeting new people and interacting with customers.  Postmaster Linda Norwood remarked, “Ms. Carrington has exemplified excellence in providing efficient and quality customer service while representing the U.S. Postal Service within the community of the city of Desoto.”
