Good afternoon,
 
This past week I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered at my work place.  The package contained something very important to me that I needed for the upcoming Saturday.  On that day the package was not delivered and the tracking number was not updated.  I made several phone calls to USPS customer service and my package was nowhere to be found and no information could be given.  Finally, I asked our Letter Carrier Ron Demus that normally deliverers at my workplace in Dallas, TX, 75206, what I should do to find my package.  He immediately asked for more details and assured me not to worry and took ownership of the issue.  Demus showed up the very next morning with my package in hand.  I have worked at this location for eight years and he has always gone above and beyond.  He is always smiling and makes an effort to get to know us.  I am very grateful that USPS has people like Demus working for the company.  Thank you Ron Demus in Dallas, TX, for everything you do for your clients.
