Chen has worked for the Postal Service for 19 years. She enjoys talking with her customers and building relations with them. Chen cares about the business and not just selling inventory. A lot of her customers have followed her from the Carrollton Main Office to Rosemeade Station. She remarked, “We have a very good team here. The reason why I’m still working is to put my son through medical school, so he can be a doctor.”
