Dallas District Complaints and Inquiry Clerk Yih-lin Hsieh (right, holding certificate) received her 25-year Service Award from Marketing Manager Kelley Davis (left, holding certificate).

The Coppell Post Office held a passport fair on May 26, 2018.  They processed 84 passports and generated $3,585 in total revenue.  Not pictured below is Sarita Tiwari, who was a big help in assisting customers and helping the passport fair run smoothly.

Dallas, TX, Lake Highlands Station Retail Associate LaShonda Ball received a poem entitled, Million Dollar Smile from a happy customer for helping him mail out his packages.  He said she was very helpful and made his day. The customer also said he felt like his package would make it to its destination because Ball showed she knew her job and was very helpful.

Rockwall, TX, Retail Associate Brent Walus (center) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Nichole Higgs (right) and Supervisor, Customer Services Calvin Dixon, Jr. (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.

Mckinney, TX, Linkside Park Station Retail Associate Shauna Jones (center) received her sixth and seventh Gold Star Awards from Postmaster Clarence Henderson (left) and Supervisor, Customer Services Gerald Hamilton (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She enjoys getting to know her customers on a first name basis.  Jones commented, “I’m happy to be part of a Post Office with a home town feel.  Giving exceptional customer service is our goal every time.”
