The Irving Black Arts Council held its annual Black History Celebration presented by the City of Irving Black Arts Council on February 23,  2020 at the Irving Arts Center.
Irving, TX, Postmaster Rodney Malone (above) gave a speech honoring the Black Heritage Stamp series, focusing on the most current honoree, esteemed journalist Gwen Ifill.
Lead Retail Associate Angie Wafer (above) sold stamps during the reception.
