Longview,
TX, Postmaster Shiniqua Toliver (above) recently discovered a great revenue
opportunity for the USPS. A local
business was utilizing another company shipping needs. She was adamant to win
them back as customers and made her intentions known when she reached out to
them and also submitted a Business Connect lead. Toliver and Business
Development Specialist Jenny Yoo teamed with Field Sales Representative Ron
Williams to present the company with the best shipping options. The company
representative stated the one sentence that convinced him was when Toliver told
him, “It’s time to come back to mama.”
With her engagement, persistence and an obvious care for the customer,
she convinced them to give USPS an opportunity.
