The
Dallas Customer Retention Team (CRT) held
their annual End of Year FY19 Town Hall Luncheon on September 27, 2019.
Headquarters Customer Retention Management, led by Kevin Jackson, takes this
opportunity to thank and acknowledge the contribution of the agents and
supervisors of the 12 Customer Retention sites across the US.
The Customer Retention Teams
have collectively contributed over 47 million in retained revenue towards the
1.5 billion dollars in revenue gain by all units under HQ Customer Retention
Program. Dallas agents and supervisors received awards, swags bags, and a
catered Tex Mex lunch from a local restaurant.
