Station Retail Associate Reva Redmond (above) received the following compliment
from a customer.
I visited the Flower Mound Post Office on September
20, a little before 5 P.M., to mail a package. Keva helped me at the counter.
She has assisted me before and I am always pleased when I go to her. She is
like a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air - always upbeat, friendly,
smiling, cheerful and extremely helpful. She inquired as to what was inside the
package to see if it qualified for book rate mailing. She is very proficient,
pleasant and really cares about her customers. Keva strives to give excellent
customer service every time and she does it with a smile. At the end of a long
day when she could be worn out, she was still smiling and, after a friendly
conversation as she took my package, I left smiling too.
