The Dallas District held a Point Of Sale (POS)/Retail Systems Software (RSS) Survey Contest. The winners for level 22 offices and above are listed below along with their Overall Customer Satisfaction Score (OSAT%).

Carrollton, TX, Main Post Office finished in first place with 549 surveys taken and a 98.36% OSAT score.  They also won a bonus drawing in which offices were entered for meeting their weekly target goals.
