Grand Prairie, TX, Westchester Station Letter Carrier Harold Durham (right) was presented a Postmaster General Hero Award by Acting Manager, Customer Services Jason Drake (left) for assisting a small child wondering around a busy intersection.  He stopped and spoke with the little boy, who was too young to formulate a sentence.  Durham stayed with him and contacted the police.  The boy was distraught and did not want to leave Durham.  After work, he went to the police station to check on the child who was eventually claimed.  If it had not been for his actions and compassion, the little boy could have lost his life.
