Dallas, TX, Oak Lawn Station Retail Associate Westly Jones (right) received a Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Emiliano Chapa (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  Jones is a U.S. Army veteran who has worked for the Postal Service for two years.  He enjoys taking care of his customers and the satisfaction they get when he takes care of their shipping needs.  He commented, “I have a supportive family which gives me grounds to help others.”
