Mesquite, TX, Carrier Annex Letter Carrier Phillip Morris (center) received his Official Retirement Certificate from Postmaster Angela N. San Miguel (right) and Manager, Customer Services Jinu Varghese (left). His last day was May 28, 2021 and he had 36 years with the Postal Service.
Mesquite, TX, Carrier Annex letter carriers and family members were in attendance for the retirement ceremony and wished him well on his future endeavors.
