The Carrollton Main Post Office (MPO) was the winner of the Dallas District Level 21 and above Breast Cancer Research (BCR) Stamp sales for the month of October, as well as the final week challenge. Carrollton, TX, Main Post Office (MPO) Retail Associate Minh Tcheng (above) was the top selling associate for the Dallas District with Breast Cancer Research (BCR) total stamps sales of $16,579. Tcheng was the sixth highest seller in the nation and the fifth highest in the Southern Area.
