Carthage, TX, Retail Associate Tina Vanzandt received a Gold Star Award for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has 11 years of experience with the Postal Service.

Richardson, TX, Promenade Station Retail Associate Abraham Ozhukayil (second right) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Veronica Johnson (far right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He was joined by his fellow co-workers Tatyanna Chamberlain (far left) and Larry Roby (second left).  Ozhukayil strives to give great customer service to make his customers happy.  He is proud to work for the government. 

Richardson, TX, Main Post Office Letter Carrier David W. Snelson (center) received his 40-year Service Award from Postmaster Veronica Johnson (left) and Supervisor, Customer Services Phyllis Andrews (right).  Snelson is a U.S. Marine veteran.

Carrollton, TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Minh Tcheng (left) received her third Gold Star Award from Office In Charge Patrick Downs (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  Downs remarked, “Minh is committed to serving the people of Carrollton with best quality service possible and always with a smile.”

Flint, TX, Letter Carrier Dan Campbell (right) received his Official Retirement Certificate from Postmaster Gary Satterwhite (left).  He has been with the Postal Service for over 22 years.
